Business and Return Address

Please contact us and receive return approval and instructions before sending any parcel. All approved return or replacement products must be sent to this address unless we provide a different address in writing through WhatsApp.

Ordering and payment

• We confirm product availability, final product price, shipping charge and estimated dispatch timing through WhatsApp.
• We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Payment is accepted by UPI or direct bank transfer after the order details and total are agreed.
• An order is confirmed only after the details are agreed, payment is verified and we send confirmation through WhatsApp.

Shipping

Orders are generally sent through India Post Speed Post. Shipping charges and estimated delivery timing depend on destination, parcel details and applicable postal rates. We will share available tracking details after dispatch.
